A guide for school leaders

Right now we estimate that around 28 per cent of school children still do not have internet access at home. That’s a barrier to schools who are pursuing closer engagement with parents (it’s clear that closer engagement improves attainment). It will become an increasing problem for all schools as electronic media becomes more and more the norm for many kinds of communication.
