The rate of growth and change in the application of technology in learning and skills is so rapid that it is often difficult to stand back and take stock, to reflect on the achievements and lessons learned. This edition of In Conversation with Becta takes a snapshot of progress to date and of the benefits that managers, staff, learners, employers and people in the wider community are seeing from the effective use of technology in learning.
