My Professional Aims and Goals

ICT has provided me with opportunities to experiment with new teaching and learning strategies resulting in quality education which is the strongest element for any teaching institution. Optimal use of ICT resources catering to individual needs enhances learning potential and confidence of using ICT skills. This in return shows good reflection of learning through better school reports in the community resulting in parents and learners satisfaction. These positive outcomes are evident during sharing of Projects and Inter-School Competitions.

My Current Professional Development Activity Resource Person for Interactive Whiteboards To work as a team for the development of Daily Lesson Plans and Thematic Lesson Plans, with meaningful technology integration.   To develop a formal Guideline (Work Instruction) which will include details on the following aspects of IWB:   Purpose- Value added service Scope Schedule Integration in Daily Lesson Plans/Thematic Lesson Plans   To visit and observe classes in schools, for providing support related to IWBs and technology integration.   To develop training material and conduct trainings.
